Always put the microfibre insert inside the pocket of the nappy. Never put microfibre directly against your child's skin because it is so good at absorbing it can dry out the skin.

We do offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law on defective products only.

Due to hygienically sensitive nature of some of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

Please read this Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.

Exceptions
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be defective, in its original packaging and with tags if any. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and details of the fault. All returns or refunds must be requested within 60 days of purchase.

To start a return on a defective product, you can contact us at info@cudodi.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We strive to process all returns and refunds within 14 days of acceptance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional information on this.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
